Inside this folder contains a command file that will download and convert the Windows 11 ISO file. Extract this folder to a folder on your Windows PC. Now, UUP dump will create a download package (approximately 4 MB) for you that will be download as a zip file. Choose "Create download package" when you are ready.
Now you have to choose what language, what Windows version, and any additional options you want for the Windows 11 ISO file. I decided to download the latest Windows Insider Preview build 22000.160 for the Dev Channel.ģ.
